Welcome

Maria is a New York State Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist and Registered Dietitian with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She strives to teach the fundamentals of healthy living, bringing over 30 years of experience working in hospitals, nursing homes and private practice into her current nutritional counseling sessions. She’s currently accepting new clients for one-on-one counseling in her private practice.
